kegel exercise side effect

Kegel exercises are meant to help women keep the muscles inside strong and promote more of a sexual response and pleasure.  It's said that they can be done at any time as they re internal and you just squeeze and relax   Contracting the PC muscles for three to 10 seconds and relaxing them three to 10 seconds for five to 15 repetitions, three to 12 times per day.  That's a good Kegel.

 

This is meant to yeild good results and occasionally you may have a side effect, I do almost every time.  Spontainous orgasms.  It's not the thunderous ones you have with a partner (if you're lucky), but the kind that just offer that spreading warmth, and a gentle sigh.

 

No wonder my afternoon went better than my morning.

Puck and I are learning each other, our needs, our likes, how we respond to certain things.  We try different ways to excite one another, we talk and explore.  This is healthy.  This is fun.  This is sexy.  Neither of us is perfect, but we enjoy each other for who we are.  I know for me there are many things to find out about my Puck, things I want to try with him to see that crooked smile he gets when he is enjoying himself. He has shown me some things I didn't know about myself.  I want to learn more with him, I am ready when he is.

 

It is only one of the ways we communicate, but a good way to have, don't you think?

random thoughts
I wish we could be like totally honest with others about what our sexual needs are... but we can't. The idea of playing with toys turns some people off, anal play makes some people gag which totally astounds me because it's just another part of your body, and then there's oral sex...

There is nothing better than waking up to a blow job. I would hope that women appreciate a good licking over an alarm clock.
